Role Summary:

The Enterprise Account Executive (DCFC) is a true hunter, with seasoned experience handling longer sales cycles, and identifying key stakeholders. You will monitor and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve the team’s sales goals while continuing to provide feedback across teams around requested feature sets and customer pain points. As a sales leader, you will be communicating and educating prospects on technical details of EVSE hardware and installation, and working closely with COIL’s Solutions Engineers. Staying on the cutting-edge of the market landscape, you will identify new strategic opportunities for COIL in the DCFC vertical. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • True hunter mentality, existing customer base preferred 

  • Define and executive sales plans for the assigned territory or vertical to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities 

  • Establishing and submitting weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and KPIs 

  • Take ownership of your pipeline, revenue forecast, and track all activities and deal updates in the CRM 

  • Identify strategic DCFC and commercial opportunities and partnerships 

  • Assist Solutions Engineers and other internal teams in providing use cases, pain points, and constructive feedback that can create additional value to DCFC customers 

  • Pursue opportunities with emerging technology (V2G, microgrids, integrated solar), continually learning new technologies to stay current with a variety of technical solutions 

  • Communicate effectively at the technical and CXO level with customers and channel partners 

  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs 

  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations 

  • Foster technical deep dive conversations between sales reps and prospective customers

 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of outbound B2B sales experience 

  • 2+ years of experience with 6-12 month sales cycles 

  • Established customer based preferred 

  • Strong track record of performance selling to many accounts 

  • Experience selling complex solutions 

  • Understanding and experience working with channel partners 

  • Consistent overachievement 

  • Self-starter, detail-oriented and highly organized 

  • Creative problem solving and strategically minded 

  • Knowledge of the industry and clear understanding of customer experience within the industry
