What You'll Do: 

  • Function as executive project manager for national electrical deployments (L2, DCFC, Switchgear, etc.).

  • Ensure P&L and program profitability; establish and maintain financial controls and reporting for programs.

  • Manage key national functional areas with direct reports including project management, permitting, utility coordination, procurement & maintenance. 

  • Oversee the maintenance & warranty program execution. 

  • Maintain and continuously update a system for assigning projects to teams to track success & productivity.

  • Provide strategic direction and executive management necessary for functional area managers to achieve the stated objectives of their respective nationwide/regional geographies and functional areas and support (commercial Level 2, DCFC, etc.). 

  • Set-up process for nationwide expansion in key markets to establish local presence to launch EV installation services leveraging internal and external 3rd party installation partners. 

  • Work closely with the Director of Installations to deploy a nationwide service solution. 

  • Oversee support and escalation management of services. 

  • Work with the technology team to evaluate and leverage technology to gain efficiencies in the business.

  • Maintain compliance with Corporate Governance, permitting, design, legal, safety / OSHA and quality requirements as required by AHJ’s (Authority Having Jurisdiction), customer and equipment manufacturers.


What We're Looking For: 

  • 10+ years of experience in the electrical / energy / construction industry 

  • Advanced education or combination of experience in electrical engineering 

  • Highly organized 

  • Creative problem solving 

  • Detailed and meticulous with great follow through to meet deadlines 

  • Great communication skills, both in writing and verbal communication 

  • Knowledge of the industry and a clear understanding of customer experience within the industry
