Partner Development Coordinator

Role Summary

  • Onboard and educate new COIL iQ Certified Partner prospects

  • Research and qualify new Certified Partners in target areas set by the Director of Installations including searches of Yelp, Google, BBB, Ext.

  • Manage and track the expiration of contract documents using provided software

  • Request the completion of COIL’s intake form for each Certified Partner

  • Obtain onboarding documents including Master Service Agreement, Certificate of Insurance, and W-9

  • Mentor Certified Partners on new COIL iQ features and upcoming roadmap items

  • Track Certified Partner pain points and needs for future app monetization

  • Track Certified Partner installations. Provide Feedback, and a quality score based on a developed contractor score

  • Suggest and implement meaningful changes in both the content of orientation and onboarding experience for certified partners

  • Consult with department managers on department-specific onboarding needs and tools

  • Collaborate across internal teams at COIL, offer constructive feedback, and work together to strive for overall strategic goals

  • Make 20+ outbound calls daily to gauge interest of certified partners

  • Host 4+ Meeting weekly for active or potential partners. This should include process review, installation review, growth, and development

  • Send 20+ MSA’s monthly to new Certified Partners

  • Coordinate with marketing to advertise the program and create nationwide interest

  • Review installations and provide customer feedback to active certified partners

  • Receive project escalations, create instant quotes, communicate with customers to approve escalated project quotes in order to keep installations on schedule

  • Provide input and customer feedback regarding Certified Partner Installations

  • Act as an external evangelist for the COIL brand

What You Need for this Position

  • Customer-first mentality

  • 1+ years of Contractor management experience

  • Understand insurance requirements and ability to read / vet certificate of insurance

  • Contractor onboarding skills including talking shop, interviewing company, risk mitigating

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Previous experience in the Construction, Solar, Electrical, or Renewables industries

  • Self-starter and motivated to develop a strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand the technical workings of multiple product lines and convey the product benefits to potential customers through a consultative and easy-to-grasp approach

  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of CRM, project management, and customer engagement tools to drive productivity
