Project Overview
The Cutler-Orosi Joint Unified School District in California took a major step towards sustainable transportation by integrating electric school buses into its fleet. Through the EPA’s Clean School Bus (CSB) Program, the district acquired six electric school buses as part of its commitment to reducing emissions and providing a cleaner environment for students and the community.
To support this new electric fleet, the district partnered with COIL and Nuvve to install the necessary charging infrastructure. COIL designed and implemented a comprehensive charging solution, installing 14 Level 2 Nuvve chargers to ensure the buses remain fully charged and ready to serve students daily.
