You must be a CleanPowerSF customer – most San Francisco residents are!
How do I confirm that I’m a CleanPowerSF customer?
You can tell if you're a CleanPowerSF customer if you see CleanPowerSF on your PG&E bill. CleanPowerSF is a program that allows San Francisco residents to receive more of their electricity from renewable sources at competitive rates.

The installation must be within San Francisco City Limits.

Hardware Requirements:
The chargers must be networked, but exemptions are available if you prefer open-charge setups.
